Family Information: Pastor Robert Duverssaint (52) and his wife Christine (49) live with their three children Noadia (22), Jean Romney (20), and Mary Milca (18). The Pastor and his wife also open their home to other children in their community who need a place to stay.
Job Information: Along with leading his Wesleyan Church in Petit Goave, Pastor Duverssaint works as a Radio Journalist to bring in an income for the family. Pastor works for the radio station around 4 hours a week; and travels 20 minutes to work. Pastor Duverssaint has taken it upon himself to serve as a community leader in Petit Goave for Poured Out, teaching his community how to continue to use and sustain their BioSand Water Filters.
Medical History: Pastor and his family become sick 2-3 times a month; the common sicknesses including diarrhea, stomachaches, and fevers. Members of Pastor’s family visit the hospital 5 to 6 times per year if the illness is serious enough.
